Backcountry Gear needed a new logo that could lock horns with the biggest online outfitters. It had to look great both online and on promotional merchandise, in full-color and black-and-white, tiny and huge. It had to fit in with the high-end outdoor brands they retail -- and link meaningfully to the logo they had used in the past.
